Abstract: 

Introduction: The ethical dimensions of agriculture need to be explored, distinguishing between ethics in agriculture and ethics of agriculture. Ethics in agriculture is traditionally based on abstract moral theory, formulated through logical reasoning, but often found inadequate to address the complex ethical challenges within agriculture due to its abstract nature and lack of practical visibility. Conversely, ethics of agriculture is approached within a context-specific FRAMEWORK derived from the research topic with the aim of providing more tailored solutions. Materials and Methods: A comprehensive review of the relevant literature is conducted, using a descriptive-analytical approach to provide a CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK for understanding agricultural ethics. Conclusion: The article highlights the critical need for a comprehensive ethical FRAMEWORK to address the multifaceted ethical challenges in the agricultural sector. The importance of analyzing and resolving ethical dilemmas at all stages of agriculture is underscored in order to align practices with human ideals and to ensure ethical decision-making by stakeholders involved in agriculture.

Abstract: 

There are two approaches for simulating memory as well as learning in artificial intelligence; the functionalistic approach and the cognitive approach. The necessary condition to put the second approach into account is to provide a model of brain activity that contains a quite good congruence with observational facts such as mistakes and forgotten experiences. Given that human memory has a solid core that includes the components of our identity, our family and our hometown, the major and determinative events of our lives, and the countless repeated and accepted facts of our culture, the more we go to the peripheral spots the data becomes flimsier and more easily exposed to oblivion. It was essential to propose a model in which the topographical differences are quite distinguishable. In our proposed model, we have translated this topographical situation into quantities, which are attributed to the nodes. The result is an edge-weighted graph with mass-based values on the nodes which demonstrates the importance of each atomic proposition, as a truth, for an intelligent being. Furthermore, it dynamically develops and modifies, and in successive phases, it changes the mass of the nodes and weight of the edges depending on gathered inputs from the environment.

Abstract: 

Objective: The emergence of the Quid 19 global epidemic crisis has increasingly increased the users of e-learning systems. One of the important challenges of these systems is to provide the APPROPRIATE hardware and software infrastructure to respond to its growing users and maintain efficiency. The advent of cloud computing has revolutionized the way data storage and access resources are accessed. Easy access through standard network communication mechanisms and automatic resource allocation has made cloud computing an ideal infrastructure for e-learning systems. However, due to the multiplicity of cloud suppliers and the diversity of their services, as well as the various quality of these services components, the issue of choosing infrastructure as a service is a serious challenge for educational institutions. The purpose of this study is to design a CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK for selecting the APPROPRIATE cloud service for e-learning systems. Materials and Methods: The present study has tried to follow a mixed approach and use the methods of systematic literature review, fuzzy Delphi and prioritization of the fuzzy best worst in the form of an exploratory plan, a coherent and comprehensive view of "factors influencing cloud service selection for e-learning" Provide. In the first step, using the method of SLR and meta-combination of findings of 105 scientific sources in the field of cloud service selection, the concepts and categories of the initial FRAMEWORK were extracted. The initial research FRAMEWORK has been used as the input of the fuzzy Delphi study and based on the opinions of experts, the initial FRAMEWORK has been developed, refined and approved. In the final step, with the help of the fuzzy best worst method, the weight of each of the specific dimensions and elements and the CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK of the research have been compiled and explained. Result and Discussion: The FRAMEWORK for selecting the APPROPRIATE cloud service for e-learning systems consists of 259 CONCEPTUAL elements organized in 5 dimensions and 27 components. Functional dimensions (7 components) 34.8%, security (6 components) 22.1%, organizational and environmental (7 components) 20.3%, personal data protection (5 components) 16.1% and data management (3 components) 6.7%, respectively Cloud services are effective. The results show that in choosing a cloud service, respectively, the components of availability, reliability, governance, virtual machine hardware features (such as throughput, memory, etc.), total cost (sum of rent cost, ISP cost and data transfer cost) and the geographical location of the data storage are most important.

Abstract: 

This research has been done with the aim of developing a CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK of technological education for first year high school students. In terms of the method, it was carried out with a qualitative approach and using two descriptive-analytical and inferential methods, and in the first description, the method of collecting library information was used, and in the inference section, the method of compiling descriptive and prescriptive propositions was used.Technological education based on the method, a hybrid approach to the relationship between technology and education, and the need to link technological education with the context of life, benefit from critical thinking, the need for a suitable educational environment and effective communication with the family's educational partner can be considered as important findings of this study.From the total findings, it is concluded that technological education based on the scientific-technological field of transformational documents has a very influential position in individual and social life and none of the other fields will replace this field. The connection between the fields of education should be considered as one of the essentials for success in each of the fields, including technological education.

Abstract: 

The aim of this research was to study the professional competencies of the general school teachers in order to present an APPROPRIATE CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK and that the research method was, survey. From literature review and previous researches, 8 principal componentes and 99 sub-componentes were extracted, on the basis of which the first questionnaire was prepared. The validity of the questionnaire was approved by the experts and its reliability was estimated by Cronbach's Alpha coefficent, which was 0.96. The statistical population of the research was the elementary and guidance school teachers (general education) in Isfahan, 400 persons were selected from 6880, on the basis of relative random sampling. Descriptive and inferential statistics (factor analysis, dependent t test, independent t test and one sample t test) were used to analyse the data. The results analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the present situation and teacher's favorable competencies and in all componentes, there was a significant difference (P³0.001) The present status competencies of the general education teachers showed that in personality and professional moral dimensions, they were higher than average, but in educational, behavioral- cognitive and manageiral dimensions on average, and in technology, professional development and teaching componentes were weak. After factor analysis, the components were divided in to 9 categories and 90 items, renaming of which was done with regard to sub componentes. Based on the factor analysis results, a CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK was desigened for teachers competencies. experts and educational specialists confirmed the APPROPRIATEness of FRAMEWORK componentes by means of 4/63 of 5.

Abstract: 

The objective of the current study (sponsored by the Ministry of Cooperation) was to present an APPROPRIATE FRAMEWORK for training efficient managers in cooperation sector by relying on three aspects of education, research and extension. The research methodology was descriptive (survey) and the required statistical data were collected using questionnaires with stratified random sampling method among 200 managers of cooperative sector of Tehran Province.The distance between the current status and desirable condition of main components resulted from researches about efficient management (participative management, human resources development, empowerment, ICT, organizational learning and entrepreneurship) was determined with descriptive and inferential statistics from the aspect of the manager and through factorial analysis of their prioritization. The research findings show that human development and entrepreneurship components respectively have the most deviation from the mean compared to other components. The results of grading efficient management components shows that entrepreneurship, IT, human resources development, empowering, organizational learning and participative management components respectively rank 1st to 6th in efficiency. The results of analyzing the current status of education, research and extension in three levels of management demonstrated that the current status of education, research and extension is not desirable and requires revision in type, quality and quantity of courses in the cooperation sector. Studying the current and desirable conditions of cooperation management status of Iran implies that there is a significant difference between the current status of all efficient management components and the desirable one form the aspect of managers. With regard to the findings of the study, a CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK for management of cooperatives was presented.

Abstract: 

Background: Different fields of sciences relate to lifestyle due to the interdisciplinary nature of it. This article was compiled to provide a study FRAMEWORK for Iranian Islamic lifestyle issues in the field of health. Methods: The research method is documentary and analytical. Existing documents on a healthy Iranian Islamic lifestyle were extracted and analyzed. Then the proposed FRAMEWORK was presented. Results: The proposed FRAMEWORK consists of five sections: topics and subjects, audience, methodology, corrective interventions and pilot intervention. Conclusion: A CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK can help to share common understanding of issues and adopt co-directional perspectives in lifestyle studies.

Abstract: 

Financing has always been one of the main challenges for the creation and development of startups and small & medium enterprises. Entrepreneurs are also reluctant to allocate all their resources to innovative projects. Furthermore, investors are unwilling to invest on these projects due to insufficient funding, inadequate cash flow and information asymmetry. In spite of numerous studies on entrepreneurship locally and globally, few studies have been conducted on entrepreneurship finance. In this paper, we have identified 36 factors, including 11 components by reviewing the procedures, theories and CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORKs of entrepreneurship finance. Likewise, financing challenges of entrepreneurs and risky investors were surveyed using a questionnaire consisting a 5-point Likert scale. In order to develop a CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK for entrepreneurship finance in Iran aimed at improving the access of entrepreneurs to financial resources, the researchers then assessed these factors by surveying expert opinion polls and Confirmatory Factor Analysis technique. The results of this fundamental research indicate that 9 factors, namely the personality traits and entrepreneurial personal abilities, legal protections, state governance, capital market depth, financing tools, characteristics of entrepreneurial activity, business environment and financing eco-system relations have been significant in explaining entrepreneurs' access to financial resources.
